Rambling P1
Life: it’s one big roller coaster and it can turn or loop in any direction you don’t expect. Sometimes you’re prepared and sometimes you’re not.
Just this week, I’ve learned a lot of things. I’ve learned who in my life is reliable and who really isn’t; Who makes me happy, and who makes me unhappy. I’ve learned that happiness will always remain a pursuit. I’ve realized that love dies, but family is forever. I’ve realized that even the people you never expect to hurt you, will find a way. I’ve realized that friends matter because even if they won’t take the bullet, they’ll take the punch. Love has never been a fairytale, nor will it ever be. It’s knowing who deserves you, and who doesn’t. It’s standing up for yourself, and most importantly, it’s remembering your own worth and reminding significant others not
to forget it.
Actions speak louder than words. I’ve realized that nothing is forever, and things change. I’m not quite sure if I’ve accepted the change, but I just may have to..
No matter what the world decides to throw at me, she’s right here. There’s only thing I can guarantee, she’s right here. Who I can depend on, and just where she’ll be, said she’s right here.
Fallin’ Out - Keyshia Cole
…I remember when I’d be with my friends, you checked on me and made time to call. But how things have changed, Now I don’t hear from you at all.
Sometimes I feel like there’s no gettin’ through to you, like you don’t appreciate all that I do. You gotta
show me that you want me to stay, don’t turn and walk away.
Don’t let your pride get in the way, on something we worked so hard, don’t throw it away. I’ve been tryin’ to make you see, everything you need is
right here with me <3
She’s always considering my feelings. Thinking of me before herself. Most of the time, I’m so damn selfish. I don’t even realize she treats me so well.

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run their fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone. People, more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms. As you grow older, you’ll discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others.
